Global Elite Concierge ("GEC", "we", "us") provides private lifestyle and luxury concierge services. This policy explains what we do with the details you share through this website, and what rights you have over them.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the private request form, that is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your location, if you provide it
• The service you are asking about
• Anything you write in the message field

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone instead, we hold whatever you send us through those channels.

Why we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: to answer your request and to arrange the services you ask for. Where an arrangement requires it — a hotel booking, a charter, a driver — we share only the details that supplier genuinely needs. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become arrangements are kept while they may still be useful to you and then deleted. Where we have worked together, we keep records for as long as we are required to for accounting and legal purposes, and to serve you better on a future request. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Where it is stored

Requests are delivered to a GEC mailbox and stored on the systems that run this website. Access is limited to members of the GEC team who need it. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) throughout.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@geconcierge.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function — for example, remembering that you closed the WhatsApp prompt, and a security token that protects the request form. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
