From enquiry to first request
01 · Enquiry
You send a short note through the private request form or WhatsApp. Nothing more than what you need and when.
02 · Conversation
A call at a time that suits you, to understand how you travel, what you value and what you would rather never think about again.
03 · Proposal
We set out what we would handle, how we would handle it and what it costs. In writing, in plain language.
04 · Introduction
You meet the person who will hold your file. They stay with you; you should not have to explain yourself twice.
05 · First request
We start with something real and small. Judge us on it.
06 · Ongoing
Preferences are recorded, relationships build, and each request takes less of your time than the last.
